The house we are now living in and in love with we got because of her offer letter! Jim has built 2 houses in the past and I have seen his work, believe me, he knows what he is doing! So when you view home with them you are not only getting the expertise of their knowledge of the real estate market, but Jim can look at the foundation and give suggestions on that as well.
